RIDA 是一款提供温和对话与情感陪伴的 AI 应用。使用本应用即表示你同意本协议。请以善意、合法的方式使用本服务。

二、服务内容与边界

RIDA 提供的是想法、回应与陪伴，并非专业的医疗、法律、财务或心理治疗建议。如你需要专业帮助，请咨询相应领域的合格人士。若你正处于危机或有伤害自己/他人的想法，请立即联系当地紧急服务或专业援助机构。

三、AI 生成内容

本应用的回复与图片由人工智能生成，可能存在不准确或不完整之处。请勿将其作为重要决策的唯一依据。AI 生成的内容不代表运营方的观点。

四、你的责任

· 不得利用本服务从事违法、侵权、骚扰或有害行为；
· 不得试图生成违法、暴力、色情或侵犯他人权益的内容；
· 你对自己输入的内容及其使用后果负责。

五、购买与订阅

应用内的订阅与积分包通过 Apple App Store / Google Play 结算，受相应平台条款约束。续订、退款等遵循平台规则；权益发放与退款回收以交易验证结果为准。

六、服务变更

应用会随时间成长与调整。当有重要变化时，我们会在应用内或本页告知。

1. About RIDA

RIDA is an AI app offering gentle conversation and emotional companionship. By using the app, you agree to these terms. Please use the service kindly and lawfully.

2. Scope and boundaries

RIDA offers thoughts, reflections and company — not professional medical, legal, financial or psychotherapeutic advice. For professional help, consult a qualified person. If you are in crisis or thinking of harming yourself or others, contact local emergency services or a professional support line immediately.

3. AI-generated content

Replies and images in this app are AI-generated and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for important decisions. AI-generated content does not represent the operator's views.

4. Your responsibilities

· Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, harassing or harmful activity;
· Do not attempt to generate illegal, violent, sexual or rights-infringing content;
· You are responsible for the content you input and its consequences.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

In-app subscriptions and credit packs are billed via the Apple App Store / Google Play and are subject to those platforms' terms. Renewals and refunds follow platform rules; entitlement grants and refund reversals are based on transaction verification.

6. Changes

The app will grow and change over time. When something meaningful changes, we will let you know in the app or on this page.
